Game stop when roaring kitty was back that day premarket was at 60usd but the rc announce share dilution then brought the price down to 27.
Buy back means they will buy whatever they like from the market but must be before Q4 ends and they will scrap the stock to reducing availability which affect the supply. This will push the share price up.
