JC73 OP : I am keen and curious about how are they going to distribute the 5-7B capital to shareholders as posted by R and R. And hope that the new CEO will want to push the share price up - which makes sense. You do not want your share price to drop on the first 2 quarters of your appt like what happened to Starbucks. I imagine her priority will be to calm the market and employees that the switch will make DBS stronger.
R and R : This is nothing new. Employee of most listed company get shares as part of their salary. I work for US listed company and I get company shares all the time.
