1M65 : you have to buy in the shares before the ex-date. if you buy on exdate and thereafter, you are not entitled to the dividends
1M65 : so as long as you sell on exdate and thereafter then you'll get the dividends. but banks/REITs and trust are all for long term dividends. if u get in at a good price for dbs then do consider to keep
