Do you need the funds invested in this soon? If not, just leave it alone and in a year or two, you'll get your losses back. Or you feel the money stuck in this will do better invested in other stocks? Unless you have a strong heart, do know that some other stocks are very volatile. I once bought DBS at 34 and it dipped to 31, I bought also at 35 and it dipped to 33, and recently at 37 and now it's reaching 35. So if I sell every time it dipped, I am losing money on this all this a short span of 1 year. But because I hold, the dividend payouts cover back everything. And the longer I hold, the cheaper it gets.

Try to hold for the long-term if you can, only average down when you have enough parking money. DBS value increases every year from the past ten years record, so I believe their price will keep going higher one day.
