$DBS Group Holdings(D05.SG$ Since the mid of March after i sold all DBS shares, i lost dividends and free bonuses shares. But i transferred to buy SIA as DBS has uncertainty, totally differentiated from the past, even now the share price shall maintain higer before Aug dividend, but now the price keeps dropping. And SIA dividend is higher if u use same amount to buy DBS and SIA, u will see the difference based in their dividend.

103138869 : what are u talking about? dbs is on track to pay 0.54 dividend per quarter. that is a whopping 5.9% at this price.
Apple Looking Good 103138869 : lol exactly.
Followthebullet : I get stroke reading this.
JJ trader : Reading your readout do not make sense at all. Why not you say you sell DBS and buy YZJ better. Almost double in value.
105487287 : This Aug not yet
CYJSG78 OP 103138869 : what r u thinking about? u don't know how to calculate? sounds like u have 500 million DBS shares. Example: if you have 1 million sgd to buy dbs shares x 0.54 so how much u get for dividents? but now u want to buy this price at this moment? If u use the same amount of 1 million sgd to buy SIA x 0.38, so how much u get for dividents.
CYJSG78 OP JJ trader : ur statement can make sense, so show how u r successful to earn from DBS?
103138869 CYJSG78 OP : lol. I don't know why your math is so special. it's paying 0.54×4 = 2.16 a year. 2.16/36.3 = 5.9%.
for SIA, the yield at the current price is 5.4%. so if u bought SIA at $5+ then yes u will have much better yield than DBS's 5.9%.
103138869 CYJSG78 OP : I really hope u are not investing all your money through this way of "special" calculations![undefined [undefined]](https://static.moomoo.com/nnq/emoji/static/image/default/default-black.png?imageMogr2/thumbnail/36x36)

CYJSG78 OP : hei hei, SIA divdent is 0.48 a year, 0.48/7=6.8%. For investment, normally I don't earn from their dividents. Coz this year DBS is special than in the past. So I would like to buy SIA, in case my investment is wrong, so I still hold the share to earn the dividents which is better than put money in DBS.
From the way u talk, I can feel u r in the situation that u bought a lot of DBS shares, but all bought at higher price. So u don't want hear any comments about DBS. If like this, good luck to u lah.
