MKYEE OP Mooooney : No choice. Most REIT suffer when FED raise interest rate. Now they are reverting to cutting rate. So REIT price should recover.

Deep Sea : Stimulus measures in China should be able to support its ecnonomy and property market. It takes time to recover. In the meantime, can hold long term and earn dividends.
MKYEE OP Deep Sea : Price near to covid time already. The current situation is so much better than covid period. Retail are still showing strong growth. Once RMB recover, we will have better DPU.
