Delisting is coming fast.....
$Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE.US)$ As of May 29, 2024, Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE) was still waiting for a hearing to appeal a delisting determination from Nasdaq. Nasdaq notified FFIE on April 24, 2024 that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iii) because its stock had a closing bid price of $0.10 or less for ten consecutive trading days. Nasdaq also gave FFIE until June 25, 2024 to regain compliance by having its stock trade above $1 for 10 consecutive trading days. As of May 29, 2024, FFIE had not been able to regain compliance
