$Destiny Tech100 (DXYZ.US)$ I bought this traded it left the profits in the company I have a little bit not a lot. you can go back and look at my earlier post I had somebody give me crap about it telling me it's a waste of time waste of money blah blah.
what people don't get and I'm hoping to convey or try to convey yet again is they invest in private companies and what they believe to be the 800 lb gorillas at some point in time when they go public.
the pricing of this ETF varies significantly with the market the market goes down it can be down 8910 we have all seen it it does not accurately reflect on the holdings valuations.
it has traded at a significant premium to the valuations as well as a significant discount when the market has hammered it.
what I want to impress upon people is every time SpaceX does another offering another round of raises the valuation of that company goes up the valuation of the holdings here which started at about 8% are now over 30% because they keep trading up in value they keep becoming worth more and more and more.
I'd be willing to wager that at some point in time this year SpaceX is going to do another round possibly two more rounds of raises to fund their future growth plans and each time they do this ETF will Gap up and a new floor will be developed if not for any of the other holdings which are 22 in the E
TF just for the value of SpaceX.

10baggerbamm OP 72171270 : at some point I probably will the only issue that I have just so you're aware of it is I try to buy ETFs when they have an options, this way it permits me to sell puts at prices that I'd like to own the ETF at and collect the premium and if it doesn't fall I keep the premium with this particular one there's no options available. if we catch you down day where it's down 7-8 points I'll probably go in and nibble at it as long as it's still within support of a moving average and it hasn't broken through
