After selling the stake in Yonghui for RMB4,496 million which is around 636.8 million USD, this will add to the existing cash on hand around 303 million USD to strengthen the balance sheet. The additional cash per share (636.8 million USD / 1,354.8 million outstanding shares) will be 47 cents.
