  • Moomoo Lily : Hi, @Moomoo Buddy Please assist. Thanks!

  • Moomoo Buddy : Dear client. the corporate action occurred on this stock(reverse Split 1 for 30), Our clearing broker does not support corporate actions where fractional shares may be rounded up to whole shares. It instead liquidates all fractional shares as cash. you can check your account's funds details via [Accounts-Brokerage Account-Funds Details]. Thank you.
You can use types, dates and symbols to filter the funds details.

  • 101674396 Moomoo Buddy : May I know , why will deduct 2.50/day ?(Funds hold) end of the month will be frozen ..so called financing interests  .. please explain anyone know about it

  • Moomoo Buddy 101674396 : Dear client, financing interest and security borrowing fees are calculated daily and deducted when the monthly statement is generated.
If you are short on cash, then you may be able to use margin to trade. you can pay off or reduce the negative amount via closing positions, making a currency exchange or depositing funds, without any other additional "repayment" operations.

So ELV must be equal to Maintain Margin (Refer to below picture)? If no charges any interest .

  • Moomoo Buddy 101674396 : Dear valued customer,
    1. ELV is related to your account's risk status which is divided into [Safe], [Moderate], [Warning], and [Margin Call]
[Safe]: ELV (Equity with Loan Value) ≥ Initial Margin Requirement, no risk.
[Moderate]: The Excess liquidity ≥ 10% of ELV (Equity with Loan Value), there is leverage trading, the overall risk is low.
[Warning]: The Excess liquidity < 10% of ELV (Equity with Loan Value), the overall risk may intensify.
[Margin Call]: ELV (Equity with Loan Value) ≤ the Maintenance Margin Requirement.
    2. Margin interest will be charged only if you traded on margin (instead of cash) and did not pay off your margin amount within the cash settlement time.
If you have any further questions please feel free to come in line, we wish you a good day![undefined]
