Different perspective: Owners Rent EVs To Tesla Robotaxi Fleet. Will It Take Off?

1) The purpose of this article is to give a different perspective to the one with the title "Owners Rent EVs To Tesla Robotaxi Fleet. Will It Take Off?"
2) Benzinga reported:
The Future Fund Managing Partner Gary Black on Sunday said that a majority of Tesla car owners will likely not want to put their cars into the company’s robotaxi fleet.
Tesla expects the company’s robotaxi fleet to function like a combination of Airbnb and Uber. While a certain portion of the fleet will be owned by Tesla, individual customers can also add or subtract their vehicles to the robotaxi fleet at will for added earnings.
Note: This is an old topic posted on 12 Dec and it was shared on 2 Jan. Gary and Uber comments were shared even earlier. Many analysts have already changed their view about Tesla robotaxi also known as Cybercab. For instance, Morgan Stanley:
Bank of America analyst John Murphy recently visited Tesla's Texas factory and raised the target price to $400 after taking a test ride on FSD V13.2!
BofA analyst raised Tesla TP $400 after taking a test ride on FSD V13.2
2) Benzinga reported what Gary said:
If Tesla charged $1 for every mile on a robotaxi ride and gave a 75% payout to car owners and every car had 25 trips every day with every trip being roughly 6 miles long, car owners could make roughly $40,000 per year by simply renting their car to the fleet, Black said while retaining his pessimism for users not wanting to rent their cars to the company fleet.
Comment: It is well known Gary Black is conservative about Tesla stock and Waymo CEO commented Tesla is leading in Autonomous vehicles.
(10 Dec) Gary Black boosts Tesla Price Target By 27% To $380 based on 'Increased Conviction' that Tesla will launch $25K hatchback. His upgrade on the stock is not based on Tesla Robotaxi.
What's a Fair Valuation for Tesla (TSLA) Today?
(15 Dec) Waymo CEO praises Tesla is leading in autonomous vehicles and Tesla FSD is moving closer to Unsupervised. Indirectly, he gives credit to Tesla Robotaxi.

3) (3 Jan) Despite Tesla Q4 delivery  missed target, the following analysts upgraded the stocks:
Trust Financial: Hold 238 to 351
Jefferies Financial: Hold 165 to 300
RBC Capital: Buy 249 to 313
Goldman Sachs: Hold 250 to 345
DBS: Hold 230 to 400
CCORF: Buy 298 to 404
Evercore: Hold 155 to 275
Deutsche Bank: Buy 295 to 370
Comment: The analysts believe Tesla's growth potential and Tesla Robotaxi is one of them.
4) My Take:
I am providing a different perspective (from more than one source of information) about Tesla robotaxi as compared to another post. It is a good thing to have a "broader" view about the Tesla robotaxi to avoid the herd mentality trap.
