$Direxion Daily Real Estate Bull 3X Shares ETF (DRN.US)$ everybody's looking at the Russell this is where you should be looking. I talked about it for months you can pull a chart you can see it's just in a gradual accumulation mode. all these morons on TV are saying by the regional Banks they're already up over 100% from the Low.. but if you believe in the regional Banks and they're not going to collapse then you need to own the best real estate investment trust ETF and that's this. understand that regional banks have the greatest exposure to commercial properties everybody knows why there's risk it's because covid changed the way people do business and many properties are 40 50 60% vacant which means they're worth pennies on the dollar so you understand a commercial property it's value is its ability to stay as close to fully leased as possible an empty building is useless. so the risk to regionals is they financed a trillion dollars worth of commercial loans for these properties over the past five six years and now they're coming due and these properties have to be revalued and what once was 100 million dollar property may only be worth 20 to 25 million that's an enormous loss on the books of the regional Banks. but yet they're bidding those regional Banks higher every day this basket here pull a long-term chart go back 5 years. and just draw a line in between the highs and the lows it's called reversion to the mean that's where it's going to go. and the reality is some of these properties in here are involved with data centers so what will happen is it's just not going to stop at the average it's going to go above it so I think you'll see low twenties on this ETF very realistic.. you see these bobbleheads on TV they just go from one sector to another to another they're like locusts and you need to be ahead of the curve and I've been talking about this for some time you can see how long you can see how much it's already going up but you can see where it's going to go in my opinion and no one's looking here well I think smart money is because look at the volume accumulation over the past few months
