10baggerbamm OP : I'm buying more this morning. we had a sector rotation it sucks you know in retrospect I should have sold it when it was over 14 it's just easier to drive when you're looking in the rear view mirror then going forwards so that's my mistake. you watch text rotate down for several months the minute now that we have a rate cut real estate rotated down certain utilities now are finally breaking we're seeing that this week we're profit taking it is coming out they're rotating down. but I believe that you're going to see some appreciation out of this ETF it will be a gradual accumulation. I think the bulk of the selling is done and people are going to begin to nibble at the real estate stocks that have come down as a basket in anticipation of further rate cuts this up and coming year which pal said quarter quarter so a half point more and ultimately these will be benefactors to the real estate sector so yes I'm holding and yes I am buying more today I still believe that we will see next year this leverage ETF high teens to low 20s
