unless we get some really bad global event you know like aliens land somebody does something really bad New Year's Eve with that potentially missing toxic nuclear waste that may or may not have gone missing more erroneous reporting by the powers to be.. unless Congress is not sworn in this Friday that would be catastrophic that would be the current administration declares this bird flu a pandemic and that gives them the ability not to swear a new members of Congress which means you could draw direct correlation they're not going to certify the election because that's what one of the Democrat congressman said about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago was going to happen.
so baring those three things we should be trending higher after the first so if you don't own this you can buy it long it's not to say I can't go down a dollar from here it's up 50 cents pre-market but I think within the next couple of weeks you'll see it back up over $30.

that's pre market and it can change second to second or it can add and trend higher. that's why you have to take a step back and use a bigger picture approach unless you think that we're going to have a market sell-off a significant sell-off going into the new year we've bounced around $26 now a couple of times with this basket plus or minus a little bit. that's called a floor. you still have the camp that believes chip stocks are overpriced from valuation standpoint. you have the camp that believes capex is not justifiable that until you see a roi return on investment dollars and you can see some application of where all this money is being spent they're not going to have another leg up. then you have another camp that's saying capex is going to slow this year significantly which means the values for these companies here will only trade higher because the revenues are going to be peaking. and that's what makes a market you've got two sides to every coin and the reality is most of these people making these projections suck you look at their track record they lag the S&P 500 significantly so everything they say has to be discounted but unfortunately they're on TV they're online and they're able to impart their misinformation to unsuspecting people who put them in a position of credibility and act on there advice. and yesterday I listened to three stations and all within a few minutes came out and said that you know nvidia's revenues are slowing that capex is going to slow and then 5 minutes later they come out and they start talking about Microsoft and the reason why the stock hasn't done well is because they're capex is so much and they're going to spend $80 billion dollars in 2025 well you know where most of that money goes right Nvidia.

hope ur right bro, got many long positions in this. 300 shares stuck at cost basis 40 bucks for like half a year, thankfully options helped to break even long ago. Recently i have been using the cc premium to finance call debit spread for more long position on my 300 shares , tired of holding covered call at 20+ bucks, price kept bounced from 25 bucks there is no more juice to squeeze from covered call seriously

you're learning to use calls to lower your cost basis and generate income. I play both sides I sell puts and I sell calls around core positions people say oh I want to buy the stock if it falls to a certain price they put a limit order and never happens they wasted time they didn't make a dime you sell puts it doesn't hit it you keep the premium a big percentage of my returns annually are from selling calls and selling puts

i sell puts on soxl too, to me if im assigned again i will jus take the opportunity to average my cost basis, that can subsequently open up more options for covered call, its v powerful and helps greatly in stablising emotions whenever there is huge market dip
JFL : But now shoot up already …
