$Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3x Shares ETF (SOXL.US)$ Isn't the continuous interest rate hikes by the Federal Reserve intended to cool down the economy? Now that the economy is really cooling down, there is speculation that it might be heading towards a recession. Ultimately, isn't it just paving the way for interest rate cuts?
