so this is where you need to be calm and not panic if you have taxable gains and you don't want to pay taxes you need to take your losses that's just how it works so sell your stock don't worry about the price you get because you're either going to pay the tax man and be sitting on a stock with a loss or you take your loss and you pay the taxes but they'll be a lower amount offset dollar for dollar.

if you're sitting on cash this is where you get your buy list of stocks that you want to own and you write out what you want to own and you start shopping but don't blow your balls by a little at a time because we could head down this entire week depending upon what happens if they blow this bird thing up and try to make a big deal out of nothing.
