$Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3x Shares ETF (SOXL.US)$ well it appears that there is no breakout we went right up against the upper Bollinger band again and it failed and we can go back now for several months and see that it has attempted to break out on one other occasion and it's falling back down to it's 250 day at 37.7 to test support and if it breaks that we will consolidate just above the 20-day moving average
