10baggerbamm : it's very bullish to see this stock recovering all of its losses and going in the green. if you look at SMR and nne they're not doing as well.
what this means is if we sell off at the close today or if we sell off tomorrow on the open the last day of tax law selling is tomorrow you can feel comfortable buying that gap down on the open because we got the Dow down 312 we still have the NASDAQ down 172 as of this message and this stock's higher.
and that's what you want to see is people accumulating when the market's weak and this could be an institution buying and their positioning for when Donald Trump is in office appoints a new head of the nuclear regulatory commission a new board of directors get appointed after that and then the regulations change for the better what is 10 to 12 years to build a power plant could be reduced to 3 years maybe less and then all of these companies in this sector win in a very big way
