distribution reinvestment plan

just received my letter for cpfis

for each 10000 holdings, dividend split as

- $204.24

- $5.26

New share issue price $0.569.

so how do I calculate to subscribe for scrip but no odd units?

seems like 8163 partial election should give me 300 shares. is it correct?
