div payouts -edit

is always interesting 🤔 companies have many days prior to sort out the payments  to the millions 😕 of clients, but at the 'announced' payment date, like banks still holding onto the very last minute...

div payouts clearly are never on the day specified, so unreliable if your trying to use it as a 'income payment' source 😭

(starting out that is. 😂 myself, I'm still new at the div game)

note: it's only been two AU business days and div information was released afternoon Monday Sept 30th)

conclusion: payment on 4 Oct 2024. some 8 days 'late'
