Dividend yield calculated incorrectly
$Mapletree Ind Tr (ME8U.SG)$ The last four dividends add up to $134.70 per 1000 shares. This means that the dividend yield is 5.66%. However, Moomoo shows the dividend yield as 4.62%. Is there something I’m missing?
