tiaaaammmo : The dividend TTM is calculated based on the financial report period. The latest period ending date of the financial report is 2024/6/30. Therefore, the dividend TTM is the dividend from 2023/7/1 to 2024/6/30 = 0.07441 + 0.01578 = 0.090. The dividend yield TTM =dividend TTM/current price= 0.090/2.72 = 3.31%
