Do retail investors read the filings?
$CERo Therapeutics(CERO.US$ Judging by the comments Im going to say not a chance. Instead they blame banks, short sellers, and the Boogieman for manipulation. In the last filing the company stated that when the merger took place they werent able to transfer over all the shares of the previous companies shareholders and that some of the shares had been purchased in 2017 for a price below .20c. To rectify this they issued those shares today at the 2017 price. They also owed an institution over 300,000 warrants. This is why the price fell so far and why the share count went up. You cost yourself money and no one else because you didnt DD.

…. but there are some other things at play here as well. Just as 
McSnacks pointed out; there were some outstanding warrants from years ago…I believe they had to reissue/convert to a new price. Shorts read the news too

But in fact, the total share capital is still 15.06 million, and the share capital has not increased. Where did the newly issued shares go?
