Are you going to look up from here or look down?

Tomorrow, the market conditions seem good, so perhaps the trend will aim upwards for now?
Infrastructure projects are better off with domestic companies participating rather than succumbing to easy acquisitions from overseas (potentially resulting in a decline in company value due to inappropriate management policies once overseas entities get involved). The issue might lie with Itochu (since there is a possibility of violating antitrust laws if they participate, given that they also have FamilyMart).
In the case of NTT, I believe that the company becomes more respectable (especially in terms of management) if foreign capital is involved.
I think the final acquisition amount will be higher than Kushtar's offer, but where to set the upper limit? That's the problem.
Thinking that you can buy as much as you want is being too optimistic.Once the acquisition is certain, the purchase price will be announced eventually, so if it exceeds the posted price, it will come down through offsetting. It will result in the most foolish outcome.
At least the adults here are starting to think, isn't this the upper limit? Are they reacting that way?
Are you going to look up from here or look down?
Are you going to bet on how much it will be? Are you going to day trade based on that speculation?
It's difficult to determine, but it seems interesting.
The scale is quite impressive, could it become the protagonist of the year-end rally?
Are you going to look up from here or look down?
