don’t FOMO to buy here
$Spirit Airlines (SAVEQ.US)$ A lot of speculative optimistic people and algorithms are buying. They do not understand how the shit works and compare with Hertz. Yes, I bought Hertz in otc and made some money, and Hertz ends up with buying out at 8. But that was 2020 and people speculate quick recover from pandemic, plus second hand cars price quickly raised. Also Hertz management has no choice in that time they had a debt principal payment in 2 months. Recall Macy’s was facing bankruptcy and they had too sell everything 40% off. Also management of Hertz and JCPenney fighted FOR shareholders.
Yes, keep telling judge this is unfair. But you have to undetstand this is purely a bet for small chance. If there would be class action to compensate part of loss, you sell or holding after filing bankrupcty will all be entitled with payment, just ratio could be different a little bit.
I probably will be happy to buy back my position below 0.22 . Recently got luck somewhere else, could trust law a little more.
