Tan farmer OP : The volume reducing with reducing price means that dumping is gettting less and less .. … this comes to a terminal point where buyers becomes more than sellers …
Another point of view is that there is accumulation by others , and when all the volume sellers are done , then they will again play up the prices to sell at a profit
