Dual Primary Listing of BABA-W on SEHK Effective Tdy

$BABA-W (09988.HK)$ announced that the conversion of its secondary listing status to a primary listing status on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange became effective today (28th). The Company is now a dual primary listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange.

The Company’s ordinary shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Company’s American depository shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange will continue to be fungible.
