AddiBee0925 : failed to delivers?? lol you mean "don't have to delivers". they have their loopholes now of just transferring those liabilities through a different market maker and the obligation resets. rinse and repeat. that's how they have avoided locating and providing such shares. the SEC does nothing because technically they aren't breaking regulations by doing it that way unfortunately.

ElusiveTrader OP AddiBee0925 : I agree there’s an extreme amount of ways to avoid covering on penny stocks that are this low. They could just drag this out into delistment and never have to cover a single share. Most of retail are bulls and don’t get that other retail traders are bears that have dealt with this type of play time after time again. They need an Immediate R/S announcement I have no idea how they’re still allowed to be listed but oh well not my issue. I gained what I needed from it onto the next.
