Duo buyback intention
I think it is an intention to screw the stock price for buyback at lower price. The stock climbed too high out of Duo expectation and then they realised the stock value but couldn't match their buyback. Thus, purposely screw it up now for their own benefit. After the buy back, it will shoot higher and they unlikely to screw it again as they hold more stock.
