Chances of the estate not accepting it totally is not very likely. I would assume the daughter would keep some as a remembrance of her dad and sell some to generate some cash. As for the third biggest shareholder, he is a relative of the founding family if I am not wrong. Chances is that he will sell since he is not participating in the company.
