Will Putin start WWIII? No, Ukraine can use those weapons but they don’t have access to Nuclear Weapons. This isn’t the first time for them to hit Russia, and isn’t the first time Putin threatens to use nuclear.
Unless for some crazy reason that US decides to give Ukraine nuclear arms…they aren’t part of NATO
