E Trade considering banning DFV
As suspected, the guy’s tweets and Reddit post were carefully timed with his trades. Guy loaded up on calls before he started tweeting, then made a killing on the first week of his return. Then, he loaded up on short dated $20 options in 5000 contract blocks the next week. Then he returned to Reddit to do it again. Actually incredible.
I gotta respect the play, as quasi illegal as it might be. Obviously, the apes have no idea how anything works, and will die on the hill defending him despite the clear manipulation. So good luck to all willing to be his exit liquidity.

Birdistheword : Posting memes and showing a picture of your position isn't illegal. The guy knows they'll try to come after him if he legit pumps. So he doesn't. I would consider slandering his name and lying about him selling everything to be actual stock manipulation.

You can consider anything you want, I have no further interest explaining definitions to you people anymore. You’re also free to do whatever you want with your money, but just remember that no one is forcing you to buy or sell. And when this inevitably crashes, I want you to remember this post.
