Earnings season come into focus

It’s gonna be a busy earnings week. Some of the big names that are reporting are:

$Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.US)$ , $Lockheed Martin (LMT.US)$ , $Goldman Sachs (GS.US)$ $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ $Procter & Gamble (PG.US)$ $Netflix (NFLX.US)$ $Abbott Laboratories (ABT.US)$ $Morgan Stanley (MS.US)$ $AT&T (T.US)$ $Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM.US)$ $American Express (AXP.US)$ $Charles Schwab (SCHW.US)$

These compnaies would cover lots of industries from financial sector to consumer discretionary to semiconductors to telco and even defence sector.

More often than not, there will be ripple effects when a particular company, who is a big player of its industry, reports its earnings.

For instance, a few quarters ago, when SNAP reported poor earnings, it affected META, GOOGLE etc. Quite sure TSMC’s results would cause Nvidia, $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ $Qualcomm (QCOM.US)$ likes to have some movements in their share prices.
