6686 : i would say hold and buy more, 11.51 is relatively high priced. one of my trading strategy is dollar cost average the stock if it have potential to profit one day and fell more than 20% from my last buy in price, then one day when it profit over your DCA price you might want to sell off the extra stocks that you bought for the purpose of DCA and use it as a reserve to counter next downfall.

6686 : too late to cut loss at -28%. I used to buy a giant shipping company at 22 and it keep falling and it keep DCA, knowing that it will not bankrupt. it falls until 6.30 and i managed to DCA until 18 on avg, after that it shoot back to 23 after a year. EC is a strong company, worth buying at low price, potential average should be worth 11 plus. if lucky, it may go to 13 or more, lowest may be 5.
luozn OP 6686 : I see! Thanks for your thoughtful opinions. For now maybe DCA and stay for its dividends. If after few years this company don't have anymore potential growth, maybe I will just sell and invest in other stocks.
