EIA: US natural gas reserves increased by 10 billion cubic feet
The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) said in a report released Thursday that the operating volume of natural gas stored across the United States during the week ending 7/12 increased by 10 billion cubic feet compared to the previous 7 days, reaching 3 trillion209 billion cubic feet.
At an annual level, this figure increased by 250 billion cubic feet. Furthermore, stockpiles surpassed the 5-year average of 2 trillion744 billion cubic feet by 465 billion cubic feet. The total amount of working gas exceeded the five-year historical range.
