$Eli Lilly and Co (LLY.US)$ there's a lot of negative side effects from these weight loss drugs that are starting to come about and I have very little doubt in my mind that a year from today you're going to see massive class action lawsuits against every one of these manufacturers

10baggerbamm OP 105251507 : I'm not saying earnings are going to be good bad or indifferent there is a lot of competition coming in these weight loss drugs every time Dick and Harry company out there is offering something similar at this point. I would tell you over the weekend read some of the reports that are in medical journals of the problems that are surfacing from people taking them because that's typically where the lawsuits start is when you start seeing report surfacing in medical journals documenting their clients their patients that are taking the drugs and the side effects they're experiencing

10baggerbamm OP MonkeyGee : there's no magic pill and this was considered to be the magic pill at some point in time there will be massive class action lawsuits I don't know when it's going to happen it could be 2 years 3 years 5 years out but I will guarantee you that you're going to see it across the board and Lily be right at the top of the list the biggest law firms in the country and in the world will be going after Eli Lilly and every other manufacturer
