Eligibility for reward of 5.8%
hi all, i saw that the 5.8% boosted rates have expired. i had only started that promotion and using the fund somewhere in early January. So does this mean that i am no longer eligible for the cash voucher that would be sent to me after a month of using the fund?

The CSR said I had to maintain an AUM for my fresh funds to get the promo coupon, meaning you cannot withdraw at all. But in the FAQ point 9 it says you can, and would still be eligible for the return. moomoo.com/sg/s...

Ententent : I call them, the answer I got is that the 5.8% for new user would not have countdown page, capped at 80000, you will get it after the time is due. Now they have 6.8%, you need to pump fresh fund then it shows countdown page and fresh fund amount qualified for the promotion.
