Elon goes to China, who really wins?

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ Elon goes to China, to show the shareholders he's down for business and he will get the Chinese to cooperate.

China on other hand was more then happy to show the world that China is open for business with foreign companies.

Both parties doing propaganda , but China got the better part of it, as for Tsla, Good luck sharing your software with the Chinese, tsla will have same fate in China as Uber did,  when they shared their software with DiDi
