Elon Musk $1M voters give away may not consider "vote buying"; case politically motivated

1) Reuter
Judge Angelo Foglietta places lawsuit on hold for federal court consideration. Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner seeks to halt giveaway, citing illegal lottery scheme. Musk's lawyer says he should not have to show up in court.
2) NBC
Krasner’s suit, by focusing on the regulation of lotteries in Pennsylvania, sidestepped questions about whether the $1 million giveaway violates laws against buying votes or paying people to register to vote. The U.S. Justice Department and various legal experts had warned that Musk’s contest might violate those election laws.
3) My Take
The attorney would not confirm whether the suit is about Elon Musk "pays people to register to vote"or "buy vote". Elon Musk's haters (and someone) act fast to share the article implying that he has committed a serious crime of "vote buying".  If you read the article in detail (don't just read the headline), the case is questionable and likely politically motivated. Musk reposted a comment on X.com calling "Foglietta a leftist judge".
As an investor, I don't share articles related to politics. I made an exception here to highlight someone who continues to make use of such an article to spread negative and biased comments about Elon Musk and Tesla. His intention is anyone's guess.
