Enbridge, What's the Catch?

Canada seems to have a growing demand for energy, and Enbridge is one of the leading pipelines for North America, specifically when it relates to the Canadian economy.
The Dividend yield is enormous, they don't seem to be showing weakness with regular payments.
What's the catch? Am i missing a very glaring potential risk? (Outside of the usual, Fossil Fuels is bad mkay)
There was a recent push for electrical vehicles by our government but i heard through the grapevine that the all electric subway system in Québec failed due to a large rainfall.
Isn't this all bullish for ENB? $Enbridge Inc (ENB.CA)$
