end of Paramount shop around period

I believe we will see an extension to the period as Bronfman had submitted a serious offer with the expectation to raise more during the extended period. it will be interesting to see how much extra he raised and whether he will commit to paying the 400m break up fee between Paramount and sky dance. an offer including the 400m fee would tell me he's wanting Paramount and is willing to pay for it. Bronfman was a previous Warner music CEO and has extensive experience in the industry. let's see if Paramount (Sheri redstone) is going to be smart and sell to Bronfman, keep an eye $Apple (AAPL.US)$ $Netflix (NFLX.US)$
