Papanice : Why is it being delisted?
Methodman10 OP Papanice : stocks in the American not closing above 1 dollar for a certain amount of days have to comply with the rules. EOSE hit that mark about a month back, and needs to close above 1 dollar for 8 more days to avoid the issue for now. they have to reach 10 consecutive days closing above 1 dollar. seeing that they just got 315 million dollars, which is more than their market cap lol. they have an opportunity for bigger growth. market cap alone if it gets to 315 million will result in the stock being at 1.51
