Munge : I don't have any high expectations on this ESR REIT. I am waiting for the next interest rate cut and I will change my holding from ESR-LOGO to Starhillgbl.
Munge : FYI. I am holding this REIT for 3 years and it is the second time it has requested funds from me. Very disappointing... I can't even breakeven...
Blessedme OP Munge : I am also holding it for 3 years liao. I bought in batches to bring down the price and queuing to sell at 0.32.
Munge Blessedme OP : I am giving it another 6 month, if this REIT don't recover then I will sell it even at a loss.
