EU and China will continue "technical negotiations" on tariff solutions for China-made EVs, the European Commission has just said.

The technical aspect just needs to be how much money China EV firms can invest in Europe to build factories and help roll out a nationwide charging / swapping infrastructure to give European consumers access to affordable quality EVs.
