EU will be torpedoing this deal

$iRobot(IRBT.US)$ I see alot of gamblers in denial. The report is already out by various established financial media outlets that the EU will be blocking this deal. EU is not pro-business, they are not in businesses and they don't care about small businesses. Like alot of regulators, they just want to look good for their citizens by going against big businesses although this acquisition will not hurt other vacuum makers. Why? Firstly, iRobot does not have majority of EU market share. This means that consumers have already built a relationship with other brands which will last if the products are satisfactory. Secondly, consumers will always find cheaper alternatives somehow (other e-commerce platforms) if that is their number one factor.
