EV competition in China is too tough with too many China EV companies now

My personal opinion, EV competition in China is currently too competive with too many China EV companies around, with the price war ongoing to sell their EV at heavily discounted price to consumers in China. it will eventually lead towards an elimination rounds to reduce more EV companies in China.
China EV stocks will not have an easy time in the next few years, unless some big China EV players collapses to reduce the competition of price war among themselves. Let's wait and see which China EV company will be the first one to collapse among the price war.

  • RedDevil7 : Opinion lack of knowledge and understanding........ your simple "US-mindset" judging the situation similar to US yellen view of "overproduction". Those EV competitors target different consumer group/category and regional markets, these 2 spliting factors are sufficient to keep the market growing at the encouraging rate. Tired of reading these "high school student comment"

  • ScorpioRebelliousTV OP RedDevil7 : You can have your own personal "high school student" opinion about the current China EV stocks trading on the stock market.

I just does not see any great potential in China EV stocks for now because the car market is only that big in China, and with so many EV car companies fighting for a share of cake, it will eventually lead towards more price war among these China EV companies.

Having price war among EV companies to fight for sales of their EV is never a good news for companies. Eventually some china EV companies will collapse, it is just a matter of time.

  • RedDevil7 ScorpioRebelliousTV OP : I speak no further. Pls read more.

  • 103370436 ScorpioRebelliousTV OP : China EV seems to be doing pretty well in Brazil and probably some other Brics countries as well as some of the South East Asian countries.

  • ScorpioRebelliousTV OP 103370436 : OMG, ROFL🤣🤣🤣 Face Palm

  • Uncle Leon sg : When one brand drops prices, the others all have to follow suit on the same day, even those with good products, shows they are all overwhelmingly sensitive to this competition of too much brands.

  • ScorpioRebelliousTV OP Uncle Leon sg : Yes, actually that is very unhealthy for the whole China EV industry, but they used this method to fight for the sales of their EV. Even if the EV company manage to sell their EV, the profit is actually very miserable and might not even be enough to cover their own cost.

I still stand strong with my personal opinion that a few big China EV companies need to collapse first before the real leader of the EV in China can start to profit.

We will see as time goes on, it is either NIO, Li Auto, Xpeng, Geely or BYD. At least 2 to 3 of these companies will collapse as time goes on. The last 2 China EV companies to last until their competitors are all gone will be the winner as they will end the price war among themselves to sell their EV at the proper price to gain profit for the company
