EV Stocks slumped further after latest Middle East War escalation

$Tesla (TSLA.US)$ $BYD COMPANY (01211.HK)$ $NIO Inc (NIO.US)$ $XPeng (XPEV.US)$ The article reported that global oil and gold prices have jumped, while shares have slumped after US officials said an Israeli missile had struck Iran. Benchmark stock indexes in Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea also fell after the news.
EV stocks are not spared. US exchange after hour trade or 24 hour trade showed the sharp drop in share prices Li Auto: -6.85%, Nio:-4.00%, Xpeng -3.35%, Tesla 3.12%. HK exchange reported similar negative sentiment: Li Auto-W: -7.32%, Xpeng-W -3.35%, Nio -2.43%, BYD -2.44%
My take: EV stocks poor performance including Tesla is mainly due to geopolitical reasons like the escalation in middle east war and decrease in EV demand in China. There are unofficial reports that after-hour trade paused is probably due to the conflict. Many may sell due to panic when intraday trading resumes later - brace for impact!📉
