exchange rate issue

When I convert my USD back to SGD, my SGD is supposed to be higher due to the exchange rate, but moomoo deduct some money from it, so my asset in SGD is still lower, not the first time. So I decided to transfer all my money out from moomoo. I  don't have issues with Tiger, what I see is what I get.
