Executives continue to sell stocks no matter how low the stock price is
Unity Software executive Gupta Anirma will sell 1,566 common shares on 2024/06/24.
Excluding the latest 1,566 shares, the SVP has sold 530,000 US dollars of shares in the past three months.
I don't want to target a certain U executive, but judging from the internal executive transaction records disclosed in recent months, no matter how low the stock price is, some people will continue to sell it; some may be a small portion to pay taxes, and others cash out at no cost at all. Unfortunately, RSU, which has many employees, and ESPP, which is bought with wages, may not have had time to sell. All of these are stock compensation plans hidden outside of Unity's financial reports; this part is actually expensive.
Unity needs another surgical operation, dismiss high-paying executives who have not contributed, and effectively streamline the department by acquiring existing ones and those that have passed the acquisition protection period.
