Expecting good news soon

A lot of times, stocks happen to fall to an all-time low, then real traders and big companies come to buy cheap stock with high liquidity. This usually happens within two to three days of low price and high liquidity before the same big news happens, such as a company buyout, new contract, or similar, and then the price increases five to ten times in the next couple of weeks.
